FEE AGREEMENT – PLANNING AND DESIGN BY DESTINATIONS TRAVEL ADVISORS
Part of working with Destinations Travel Advisors is getting focused attention to your specific travel priorities. This means more than just having someone help to plan and arrange your trip; you will have access to recommendations and an itinerary designed just for you, as we will help you to determine what would make this trip really special and unique to you and offer ideas and suggestions based on your goals and your budget. Our research and coordination of all of the details, including providing a final itinerary with all components, will help ensure as smooth of a vacation as possible.
For research, planning and design services on a customized trip, we charge an upfront, non-refundable planning fee. This covers planning on all land arrangements, which may include hotels, car rentals, transfers, train travel, on-sites, tours, restaurant recommendations and coordinated travel documents. For air travel, tickets purchased outside a package include a ticketing fee which will be disclosed, if applicable, prior to any charges. You are welcome to book any part of your package on your own, although it is our intention to provide excellent service and value throughout your travel process, from the planning stages through booking and, finally, the welcome home as you return from your trip.
Based on our conversation your fee will be quoted to you by your Travel Advisor.
I agree with the terms and conditions herein and engage Destinations Travel Advisors to research my vacation plans. I understand that this fee is non-refundable, whether or not I move forward with the travel plan provided by Destinations Travel Advisors, or decide to book travel myself or with another travel partner.
Please note that Destinations Travel Advisors is acting as a agent for suppliers (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Destinations Travel Advisors, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases Destinations Travel Advisors from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safely or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department (202) 6475225. For medical information, call the Public Health Service (404) 332-4559. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
