TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please know that your acknowledgement of the terms and conditions will apply to everyone in your party that is traveling. It is essential everyone be aware of travel documents (Passport and Visa) requirements for the trip as well as other terms and conditions. By e-signing you agreement to disseminate this information to all parties traveling.
Consent to terms and conditions: Access to and use of the services of Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH and our website is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").  By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our websites, you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“client” and/or “you/your”) agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept all of these terms, then please do not use our services or our websites.   No alterations to these Terms and Conditions may be made by any Destinations Travel Advisors employee, authorized representative or agent. All decisions and matters subject to Destinations Travel Advisors discretion shall be made by an authorized officer of Destinations Travel Advisors.
 
Documentation:  Travel documentation proof appropriate for entry to itinerary destination(s), such as passports, visas and inoculation certificates remain each traveler’s responsibility.  Travelers who do not meet advised requirements will be denied boarding by cruise lines and airlines and other common carriers.   If a passport is required the expiration date must be at least six (6) months following the return date of the planned travel. For further information, visit the United States State Department web site travel.state.gov on a regular basis for information regarding incidence of disease, terrorism, safety issues, crime, the need for travel documentation (such as but not limited to passports, visas, proof of health/vaccination certificates), health hazards, and other restrictions regarding travel to your destination(s) and re-entry into the United States. Please note that government rules regarding entry and exit change on a daily basis. There are no exceptions granted on entry requirements to a foreign country.

Important: Some destinations currently require that your passport not expire within 6 months of the date of your itinerary return. All United States citizens are required to have a valid passport to travel anywhere outside the United States. This includes the Caribbean, Bermuda, Mexico, Panama, Canada, and on all cruises. Visas may also be required for some destinations. Remember, children, including infant(s), require individual travel documentation as well.  Is some cases, unaccompanied minors must have proper documentation if not traveling with both parents.  It is the responsibility of the Client to make Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel aware when they are traveling on a passport from a country other than the United States.   Check the USA State Department Web site http://travel.state.gov/content/travel/english.html  for relevant information relating to travel to specific destinations.

Please be reminded, it is each travelers personal responsibility to ensure that their documentation e.g. passports, visas are in good order and valid for travel.  Check these documents closely.  We strongly recommend you verify your passport is valid and in a safe, secure place at this time.

In 2023 May (currently set for 03May2023, this date may change), travelers in the U.S. will be required to possess a Real ID to board flights, or a valid passport. You can read more about Real ID here: 
https://www.dhs.gov/real-id . A valid passport overrdes and suffice for the Real ID even for domestic travel. 

Changes/Late Bookings: It is confirmed that all clients will immediately review the details of each travel segment for accuracy, and immediately inform Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel of any issues. Otherwise, change fees and/or late booking fees will apply.  The airfares used to create the tour prices are capacity restricted and have advance purchase requirements.  Reserve early to avoid disappointment and additional charges.

Cancellation:  Destinations Travel Advisors, Frosch Travel and your tour company, outfitter, cruise line, airline et al each have a cancellation policy and assess fees for such.   We strongly encourage you to be very familiar with all applicable terms and conditions.  These policies are outlined in brochures, links or quotes you may have received, in your proposal or on your deposit invoice.

In addition to any supplier cancellation penalties/fees Destinations Travel Advisors charges the agency cancellation fee as follows: 

Packages that include air/hotel and/or car rental:
From deposit to 60 days prior to departure: $100 per person
Within 60 days prior to departure: $150 per person 

Cruises & Escorted Tour Programs:

From deposit to 60 days prior to departure: $150 per person
Within 60 days prior to departure: $225 per person 

Hotel Only
Cancellation of a hotel reservation after confirmation (prepaid or guaranteed) booked for more than one night, there is a $55.00 fee per room agency cancellation fee.  Changes are not charged unless there is an eventual cancellation. This is in addition to any penalty the hotel may charge.

Customized Travel Itineraries:
15% of the total of funds paid either as a deposit or final payment posted to the booking at the time we receive your written cancellation request. 

Destinations Travel Advisors fees are in addition to a supplier cancellation penalty. 
The agency cancellation penalty is charged to your card on file used for the deposit or final payment. If you are enrolled in a travel protection plan you should include this penalty on your claim with the provider.

Travel Protection/Insurance:  Travel protection and insurance is recommended to protect your investment.  This can help protect you from financial loss in almost all circumstances. Cruise Line Reservations:   As a courtesy, we are constantly monitoring your reservation for decreases in cruise fare due to promotions, added amenities and itinerary changes.  We will advise you of any adjustments made to your booking.  Please be advised that if there are any fare reductions after final payment, most cruise lines do not make refunds or adjustments to bookings.

As it concerns a 'guarantee cabin assignment' this means that the cruise line assigns your stateroom on the day of sailing at the pier. Generally guarantee cabin assignments are generally associated with promotional fares.  Cabin assignment is in the category purchased or better, completely at the discretion of the cruise line.


Travel Documents:  Documents will be sent from our office as soon as possible. Generally, this is two weeks prior to your departure date.  In the meantime we recommend you reference the e-Itinerary (Umapped), brochure or web-site for your relevant travel.  Additionally, we are available for questions of course!  In some cases, a travel documents package is sent by US Priority Mail in most cases, in most cases travel documents are sent via e-mail.

Health Matters:  It is each client’s responsibility to make sure absolutely certain to have the proper immunizations, and required documentation of such immunizations before travel, and to make the necessary accommodation for security rules imposed by government authorities.  See your health practitioner for advice.  Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel will provide information on required inoculations based on your itinerary.  Prior to travel, required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by client's health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate, which the client must carry for proof of inoculation where required. If you are concerned about taking any medications or receiving certain inoculations, check with your health practitioner BEFORE booking.  Health matters, including but not limited to concerns related to norovirus, should be addressed to the following: a) the cruise line you selected, b) your personal physician, and c) the U.S. Centers For Disease Control www.cdc.gov/travel/camerica.htm. Clients traveling to areas where vaccination(s) are required are responsible to check medical requirements for wherever you may venture. Required or advised inoculations you decide to obtain upon the advice of your personal physician may need to be administered in a series of doses months ahead of your planned departure, and such time element should be taken into account by you BEFORE making deposits and/or nonrefundable final payments.  For further information relating to security, safety issues, crime, the need for travel documentation (such as passports, visas, proof of health/vaccination certificates), health hazards, and other restrictions regarding travel to your domestic and/or international destination(s), and re-entry into the United States visit www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov.us, www.ustreas.gov, www.cbp.gov Please note that USA rules regarding entry and exit change on a daily basis.  

 Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel Responsibility, Disclosure and Liability Limits: Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested, and acts solely as an agent for disclosed principal supplier airlines, hotels, cruise lines, safari camps, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services. Each of these companies is an independent entity with its own management, and is not subject to the control of Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel.  Client is advised that the suppliers whose names appear in travel documentation are those actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased, and consents to the use of those suppliers, and understands and agrees each supplier’s terms and conditions are contained in printed form and/or on their respective web sites governing the transaction. All bookings are accepted by Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel as agent for independent third party travel suppliers in your itinerary. Transportation, accommodations and other services provided by the identified sea, air and operators offered are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the tickets, exchange orders or vouchers issued by them and/or their suppliers, including terms and conditions on their respective web sites. Because Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel does not have the right to control the operations of the independent operators and their suppliers, it is not liable for any personal injury or property damage, which may arise out of these services. Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such suppliers or of any supplier or their respective employees, agents, servants, or representatives, including, without limitation, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services.

Client’s retention of travel documents, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above, and further, that Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel shall not be liable for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to Client or to those traveling with Client in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other travel services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, epidemics, quarantines, acts of terrorism, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, theft, delay, wildlife, fuel increases, or cancellation of or change in itinerary or schedules. Weather conditions, including but limited to the presence or absence of snow, sunshine, and rainfall are not guaranteed to occur or not occur, and are clearly outside of the control of Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel.  Volcanic eruptions, ash clouds, and wind may be characterized as an adverse weather condition or a natural disaster by third party suppliers, which is beyond the control of Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel. 

 Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel reserves the right to cancel any itinerary or any part of it, to make such alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary or desirable, to refuse to accept or to retain as a member of any tour any person at any time, and to pass on to Client(s) any expenditure occasioned by delays or events beyond its control. In case of any appreciable variation in its cost, Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel reserves the right to adjust its rates. Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel has solely received a commission and perhaps a service fee for this transaction and Client agrees and understands that any recovery from Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel will be limited to the commission and service fee actually received by Destinations Travel Advisors / FROSCH Travel.    

Destinations Travel Advisors, LLC reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or quotes be they in writing, including electronic format or verbal.

Covid Advisory:

Traveling during a pandemic or other world event can bring about certain necessities to protect everyone.  You agree to determine, understand comply with protocols and rules required by the travel suppliers, local, national governments involved in your itinerary. It is the traveler’s responsibility to understand and comply fully.  The agency can assist in guiding you with these requirements as requested. ​
