There are a total of 9 large bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements, 2 private waterfront pools, 2 private boat slips, 2 full kitchens, 2 full living areas, 2 private elevators, and plenty of outdoor space, all just a few blocks from your favorite shops & restaurants of Old Town, your group will be set for a Key West experience you’ll never forget.
The Location…
The unique location of this complex is the best of all things Key West: right on the water at Garrison Bight with a private dock, in Old Town off Eaton Street close to the Historic Seaport restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from Duval Street and the White Street shops. All of Key West’s favorite spots are accessible by a short walk or bike ride, but should you decide to drive there is private off-street parking for up to four cars with this home. Speaking of parking, this home also includes 2 private boat slips on the docks behind the estate.
The Living & Kitchen Areas…
Ana Admiral’s Paradise is made of two side-by-side homes: a 5-bedroom home, and a very similar 4-bedroom version. Each home has a private elevator, two-car garage, open main floor area with large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, and sound system. Slide open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors for a waterfront view all day in either home. The kitchens are fully equipped with state of the art appliances and all of the tools and utensils you will need to prepare a meal at home when taking a break from the decadent restaurant options of Key West. Each dining area has seating for 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bars.
The Private Waterfront Pools…
Each home has its own waterfront private pool. Fully fenced for privacy and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, these pools will undoubtedly be a primary gathering place for your group. The comfortable chaise lounges can be pulled into the sun or the shade, and they sit right beside the pools that are great for a dip on a hot day. Each home has a full outdoor dining set that can comfortably sit 6. The backyards are each complete with a large propane grill for an outdoor barbeque by the pool. Both backyards open up to the dock area, where you can access your boat slip or just sit by the calm water.

The Master suite is on the second living level with a King bed, large seating area, flat screen TV, and private waterfront balcony. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a shower, and a large Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The next level has a bedroom with a Queen bed and a twin bed, which also has a flat screen TV of its own. This level also has an open bedroom with a total of 4 twin beds (that can convert to 2 King beds upon request), also with a flat screen TV. This floor shares a full bathroom that has a tub/shower.
