Waiheke Island Cruise across the harbour to Waiheke Island in the Hauraki Gulf. Rotorua Fly to Rotorua, New Zealand’s geothermal region. Immerse yourself in Maori culture with a private tour of an ancient Maori village, Ohinemutu, in which its descendants still live today. Day 4
Blenheim Fly to Blenheim, situated at the top of the South Island. Day 8
Queenstown Fly to Queenstown, New Zealand’s adventure capital, made famous because many of its residents are hooked on adrenaline. Born as an 1860s goldmining camp, 150 years later Queenstown’s compact downtown area is energized by a permanent buzz emanating from a lively café/bar scene and excellent shopping precincts. Day 9
Queenstown This morning visit the Kiwi Birdlife Park, home too many of New Zealand’s rarest and most endangered birds and reptiles, including New Zealand’s famous bird, the Kiwi. Queenstown Take an exhilarating speedboat ride on the famous Shotover jet before a gourmet winery lunch.
