This is a simplified plan to enlist our assistance with the main components of your trip which include:
- Itinerary Planning
- Airfare*
- Hotel Accommodations
- Ground Transportation as needed (i.e. rail tickets, private transfers and car services)
- Travel Protection
While we won't be involved in booking any sightseeing activities and experiences, we will be available to offer expert guidance and recommendations for your destination(s). We will provide you with the resources to check live availability and book your own small group or private tours on an independent basis.

RESORT GETAWAY | From $150
Our Resort Getaway Plan caters to individuals seeking more of a "sun and sand" destination for a variety of reasons including but not limited to romantic honeymoons, essential vacations, memorable trips with friends, or enjoyable family spring breaks. Our recommendations will be tailored to your requests and predominantly include all-inclusive resorts situated in tropical havens like Mexico, the Caribbean, or the Bahamas.
We are also available to assist with arranging airfare, tours, and transportation to further enhance your overall experience.*
Please note that more extensive trips that feature multiple destinations or islands may fall under our Custom Travel Plan.

To provide exceptional service, we charge a consultation and planning fee that encompasses the extensive planning and coordination required for such exclusive events.
This fee reflects our expertise, time, and attention to detail in curating a memorable experience. It covers a comprehensive range of services that could include initial consultations, personalized event design, venue scouting, vendor recommendations and coordination, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, logistics management, and on-site coordination.
This fee is tailored to the specific requirements and complexity of each event. It ensures that we invest the necessary resources and dedicate ample time to understand your vision, design a unique event, research the best options, and meticulously plan for the occasion. While the planning fee may vary depending on the scale, duration, and complexity of the event, it is designed to reflect the value and exclusivity of the services provided by our advisors.

From the moment you book your cruise, we will work closely with you to understand your preferences, interests, and budget. This includes:
• Recommending and assisting you in selecting the ideal shore excursions
• Providing valuable port guidance, offering insights on the best attractions, hidden gems, and local customs at each destination, enabling you to make the most of your time ashore.
• Navigating onboard culinary options, recommending the finest restaurants, specialty dining experiences, and ensuring any dietary requirements are taken care of.

Please note that our fee for proposing private residences may vary based on factors such as the complexity of the request, the number of properties proposed, and the duration of the stay. We believe that the expertise, time, and attention to detail invested in curating an exceptional selection of accommodations are well worth the investment, resulting in an unforgettable and customized stay.

Our Ski Concierge is a comprehensive service that ensures your ski travel arrangements are tailored to your preferences, providing an unparalleled experience from the slopes to après-ski.
From consultation to confirmation, we will collaborate with you to understand your skiing abilities, preferences, and desired ski resort experience. We can also recommend and assist you in selecting the ideal ski slopes, tailored specifically to your skill level and terrain preferences, whether it's groomed runs, challenging backcountry trails, or family-friendly areas.
Moreover, we will provide valuable insight and guidance on ski resort amenities, ensuring you have access to the best equipment rentals, ski schools, and snowboarding lessons available. We can also assist you in arranging lift tickets, so you can effortlessly access the slopes and spend more time enjoying the snow-covered mountains.
Additionally, we are available to help with private ski lessons, guided tours, heli-skiing adventures, or any other enhancements to make your ski vacation truly extraordinary.

We offer consultation on air travel which includes confirmation and purchase of air travel
- Understanding needs, logistics, proposing and quoting options
- Often, we can offer 24-36 hour hold on space, but this does not lock the fare necessarily.
- Ticket refund within 24 hours of purchase in most cases (our fee is not refundable)
- On the road and after-hours support for travel emergencies (see your itinerary for contacts)
- Access to preferred seating on occasion – unblocking of seats not normally available until check-in. Particularly on British Airways operated flights, we offer complimentary seating, which results in a huge savings.
- Full Frequent Traveler benefits, provided your number is provided in advance of your check-in with carrier.
- Known Traveler and CLEAR– full benefits.
- Split forms of payment or charges to passenger cards – payment flexibility
- Complimentary app – www.TripCase.com – that tracks your itinerary, with notifications of delays, cancellations, gate changes and more.

- Exceptions & Waivers for additional value and effort put forth by the travel advisor to go above and beyond, i.e. extracted exceptions from suppliers, long hold times, courtesy calls, etc - From $75

Agency Cancellation Policy
Destinations Travel Advisors and your tour company, outfitter, cruise line, airline et al each have cancellation policy and assess fees for such. We strongly encourage you to be very familiar with all applicable terms and conditions. These policies are outlined in brochures, links or quotes you may have received, in your proposal or on your deposit invoice.
In addition to any supplier cancellation penalties/fees Destinations Travel Advisors charges the agency cancellation fee as follows:
Packages that include air/hotel and/or car rental:
From deposit to 60 days prior to departure: $75 per person
Within 60 days prior to departure: $125 per person
Cruises & Escorted Tour Programs:
From deposit to 60 days prior to departure: $100 per person
Within 60 days prior to departure: $175 per person
Customized Travel Itineraries:
15% of the total amount of confirmed travel arrangements (i.e. hotels, tours, transfers, etc) at the time we receive your written cancellation request.
Hotel or car rental only booking:
After confirmation a $50.00 per booking cancel fee applies if a Professional Consult Fee has not been paid prior to confirmation.
Destinations Travel Advisors fees are in addition to a supplier cancellation penalty. The agency cancellation penalty is charged to your card on file used for the deposit or final payment. If you are enrolled in a travel protection plan you should include this penalty on your claim with the provider.
