Villa Bougainvillea is a beautiful historic home dating back to the 18th century, and situated in one of the most scenic areas of Positano, just a few minutes walk from the pedestrian area and the main beach, Spiaggia Grande. It was formerly the residence of local noble families, and has since been renovated and transformed into a luxury rental villa with all modern comforts. Unlike almost all the villas on the Amalfi Coast, accessing this Positano luxury villa is relatively easy, coming up a short flight of only 20 steps. It is an ideal place for groups of friends, family reunions, a wedding, or other special occasion in a stunning Amalfi Coast setting.
The Positano luxury villa consists of three levels with two separate entrances. On the main floor there is a large living room, dining room with a large table and chairs, a professional kitchen and the first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor of the villa there are 4 bedroom suites with bathrooms and a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All suites have balconies overlooking the sea and Positano. On the ground floor there is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom with balcony overlooking the stunning view of Positano Bay.
The ground floor has access to a beautiful garden-solarium with swimming pool, showers and bar. This terrace is the ideal place to relax around the pool enjoying a cocktail. The large garden spreads over 750 square metres with four wide terraces. The many amenities include air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, telephone and fax and wi-fi internet, hairdryers in each bathroom, washing machine and dryer, and a safe.
