After ticket purchase, you may have 24 hours to cancel your purchase. You must contact our office by email and phone. Send an email requesting the cancellation and then phone our office and speak to your travel advisor. After ticketing most all tickets carry a change fee, unless it is a refundable fare.
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel protection/insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. All fare quotes are subject to availability and change until ticketed. Your approval does not constitute purchase until an e-invoice/e-ticket has been issued and sent to you.
